COVID-19: Important information for your stay at our hotel

Ladies and gentlemen,

dear guests,

We take your safety and well-being, as well as the one of our employees, as our utmost priority; therefore we have implemented and adhere to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and disinfection to address COVID-19 in collaboration with international medical experts and following the recommendations of the Robert-Koch Institute and the current Corona ordinance of the federal state of Bavaria. Please note that the federal regulations are subject to constant change, therefore all information on this website is without guarantee. We try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.

An overview of our measures to ensure the safety of our guests and employees in the different hotel areas:


Who is authorised to stay at the hotel?

Persons who are (fully) vaccinated, recovered or (negatively) tested are authorised to travel. The test certificate must not be older than 24 hours.

During stays of multiple days, a retest is required every 48 hours if the 7-days incidence rate exceeds 50.

Where are the closest test stations?

  • Südstdat Drive-in | car park Fronmüllerstraße/Merkurstraße, 90763 Fürth | Monday - Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.: approx. 15 minutes (1.4 km) on foot or 3 stops by bus
  • Medic-Center Nuremberg | Schwabacher Straße 333, 90763 Fürth | Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 2:55 p.m.: approx. 30 minutes (2.4 km) on foot or 2 stops by bus

What is the maximum number of people allowed in one hotel room?

The maximum number of people or different households allowed in one room depends on the current contact regulations.

Is the wearing of a mask mandatory in the hotel?

Yes, it is mandatory to wear a surgical mask or an FFP2 mask at all  times in public hotel areas.

Is there the possibility of digital contact tracing?

Yes, digital contact tracing in our hotel is carried out via the Corona-Warn-App and the luca app.

Further measures taken by the hotel:

  • Disinfectant dispensers are available in all public hotel areas.
  • To protect both our guests and employees, the front desk is fitted with plexiglass panes.
  • Access to lifts, lobby and restaurant is limited to a certain number of people. For more information, please refer to the respective on-site signage.
  • In order to minimise contact points and transmission routes, your room is only entered for cleaning after check-out. If you would like to have cleaning inbetween, please reach out to our front desk staff.
  • Public areas are cleand and disinfected at a higher frequency.


Does the hotel offer breakfast?

Yes, we offer our regular breakfast buffet. A table reservation is not necessary.

Breakfast hours: 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.


Restaurant & Bar

Due to the current situation, our restaurant currently remains closed outside breakfast hours. Also the bar remains closed until further notice. We are happy to recommend you nearby alternatives.

Room service

Due to the current situation we do not offer room service until further notice.

Half board

Half board is currently only available upon request and in combination with our conference packages.

Wellness & Fitness

Gym and sauna

The gym and saunas are open again. For the sauna a reservation is necessary.

Massages & beauty treatments

Massages & beauty treatments cannot be offeres at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

Meetings & Events

Due to the current situation, our meeting room and event capacities are limited to a maximum of 126 people. Please contact us for further questions.
